	Allan Gerlat / Editor Gerlat has been Waste News' editor since the publication's launch in 1995. He previously worked for a Waste News sister publication, Rubber & Plastics News, where he was managing editor for nine years and a member of the staff for 14 years. 	Debi Reed / Sales Assistant Reed joined Waste News as sales assistant in 2004. Previously she worked for seven years for Waste News' sister publications Tire Business and Rubber & Plastics News, where she assisted the sales teams and helped organize exhibits and sponsors for conferences and trade shows. Reed also has worked in sales and marketing for Bill Communications Inc., Malone Advertising and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
